Simi is highly experienced in all levels of matrimonial and children matters with particular emphasis on the financial aspect of the marriage including advising on matrimonial property, income, business assets, pensions and asset freezing orders. She regularly deals with complex high net value cases and has a forensic eye for detail.
She has represented a wide range of clients with notable results including the case of Dr Sharma, which is a widely reported case under financial relief law. Sharma -v- Sharma and others, Court of Appeal, Civil Division [2013].
